TREND SCOUTING
In the world of fashion in which we operate, we not only have to be up to date, but also one step ahead. To ensure that our collections are in line with the latest trends, our brand and category managers travel to all the world’s major fashion capitals for trend scouting. They also regularly attend trade fairs. In addition to trend scouting, our employees have a special sense for fashion and trends, of which we are particularly proud. This lets us pick up on current fashion trends in materials, colours, and shapes in our collections.
PRODUCT RANGE PLANNING
Once the trends have been identified, we independently put together target group-specific collections for all our customers and brands. We plan this step by step with product samples, colour cards, and fabric samples. We draw inspiration from colour concepts and mood boards we designed ourselves. This results in attractive and effective layouts for all our customers and their requirements.
PURCHASING
We have access to a large network of suppliers and maintain close contacts with our partners and producers all over the world. Depending on the orientation and positioning of the collections, we procure goods mainly from European or Asian sources. Our portfolio ranges from Italy, France, and the trend-conscious northern European countries to the Asian region with a focus on China, Taiwan, and Korea. The individual accessories and collections are put into production by different manufacturers, depending on their specialization, and we combine them into a range. We are regularly on site at our producers’ factories and showrooms. Thanks to our long-term collaborations, we can always rely on our partners for product quality and timing.
