Our over 30 POS service professionals are on the road nationwide every day for the TRISA beauty and accessories collections and for brands we represent in all retail channels in Switzerland. Our regional and decentralized organizational structure enables a high level of efficiency and short visit and delivery cycles at low costs.
We offer a full POS service that includes the following:
- Product placement / residue-free product presentation according to layout specifications
- Maintenance of the POS (tidying up, cleaning, changeovers)
- Fully digitized order entry with a mobile ordering system
- Inventories / returned goods management
- Reporting, market analysis and reports
- Product advice and direct contact on site in stores – a familiar face on the shop floor
For third-party customers, on request we handle all process steps along the supply chain up to the retailer: inventory management, warehousing, packaging, shipping logistics, returned goods management, invoicing, and reporting.

Our employees are equipped with the latest generation of mobile data collection devices and are supported by a fully integrated mobile software solution. This means that store orders are sent directly to our fulfilment department without any manual handling.
Additional digital tools support the seamless and direct exchange of information and data between the various actors. All processes are digitized and paperless, so they are efficient, error-free, and protect the environment.
Our POS service employees enjoy regular product training and further education directly on site.
